摘要
目的探讨以案例为基础的教学法对口腔颌面外科学临床带教教师教学查房能力的影响。方法将2019年3月—2019年12月在遵义医科大学附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科实习的实习医师共32名随机分为试验组和对照组,对试验组实习医师实施以案例为基础的教学法进行临床教学查房,对照组实习医师采用传统方式进行教学查房。从教师评价、学生评价和学生出科考核三个方面对比试验组和对照组教师教学查房的效果。结果试验组教师教学查房在教师评价、教学准备、查房目标、启发教学和学科进展方面,学生评价在启发教学、外语教学和知识拓展方面,以及带教的实习医师出科考核成绩方面均优于对照组教师(P <0.05)。结论采用以案例为基础的教学法可提升口腔颌面外科临床实习带教教师的教学查房能力。
Objective To explore the influence of case-based learning practice in in the ward round teaching ability of oral and maxillofacial surgery of clinical practice teacher.Methods A total of 32 interns who practiced oral and maxillofacial surgery in Hospital of Stomatology,Zunyi Medical University from March 2019 to December 2019 randomly selected and assigned to experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given case-based learning practice for clinical ward round teaching,while the control group c onducted ward round teaching in traditional teaching method.The effect of ward round teaching of teachers in the experimental group and the control group were compared from three aspects:teacher evaluation,student evaluation and student departmental rotation examination.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of teacher evaluation,teaching preparation,objective,enlightening teaching and subject progress,and student evaluation in enlightening teaching,foreign language teaching and knowledge expansion,as well as in the departmental rotation examination results of students,P<0.05.Conclusion Case-based learning practice can improve the ward round teaching ability of clinical practice teachers of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
