易位式教学法联合Mini-CEX在住院医师规培中的应用

The Exploration of the Application of the Combination of Transposal-teaching Method and Mini-CEX in Standardized Resident Training

目的探讨易位式教学法联合Mini-CEX在住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法将2017年8月—2019年12月在遵义医科大学附属医院甲状腺乳腺外科进行住院医师规范化培训的55名住院医师按照不同教学方式分组,对照组(n=27)采用传统带教法进行教学,试验组(n=28)在传统教学方法的基础上采用易位式联合Mini-CEX教学。所有规培住院医师完成临床学习后进行理论考试及Mini-CEX测评。对两组住院医师的理论成绩及Mini-CEX测评分数进行比较。结果试验组理论成绩(85.93±4.99)分显著高于对照组(81.23±3.84)分(P <0.01),试验组在医疗问诊、体格检查、临床诊断、人文关怀、沟通技能、组织效能、整体表现的成绩均明显优于对照组。结论易位式教学法联合Mini-CEX法能够提高住院医师的临床综合能力。

Objective To explore the application of translocation teaching method combined with Mini-CEX in the standardized training of resident physicians.Methods From August 2017 to December 2019,55 residents who received standardized training of resident physicians in the department of thyroid and breast surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University were grouped according to different teaching methods.The control group(n=27)adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group(n=28)adopted translocation+Mini-CEX on the basis of the traditional teaching method.After the completion of the clinical study,all the residents of the program were given the theoretical examination and the Mini-CEX evaluation.Theoretical scores and Mini-CEX scores of residents in the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical performance of the experimental group(85.93±4.99)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.23±3.84)points,P<0.01,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of medical interview,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,humanistic care,communication skills,organizational effectiveness and overall performance.Conclusions The transposal-teaching method combined with Mini-CEX method can improve the comprehensive clinical ability of residents.
