摘要
目的观察探讨在心内科护理临床教学中应用改良OTD教学法的效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月本院心内科实习学生80人作为本次研究对象,根据实习时间将实习学生分为观察组和对照组。观察组实习生实施和改良OTD教学法,对照组实习生则采用传统教学法。在对于两组实习生实施不同的教学方法后,对于两组实习生的技能掌握情况以及理论知识进行考核,并比较考核成绩。结果观察组实习生的技能掌握情况以及理论知识均明显优于对扎组实习生,差异显著,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在心内科护理临床教学中应用改良OTD教学法具有良好的效果,能够有效地提高实习生的理论知识与实践操作能力,扩展学生的视野,培养学生的自学能力以及综合素质,提升教学质量。
Objective To observe the effect of the improved OTD teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of Cardiology.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,80 interns from the department of cardiology in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the time of internship,the interns were divided into observation group and control group.The observation group interns implement and improve the OTD teaching method,while the control group interns adopt the traditional teaching method.After the implementation of different teaching methods for the two groups of interns,the skills and theoretical knowledge of the two groups of interns were assessed,and the assessment results were compared.Results The skills and theoretical knowledge of the interns in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the improved OTD teaching method in the clinical nursing teaching of Cardiology has a good effect.It can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the interns,expand the vision of the students,cultivate the self-study ability and comprehensive quality of the students,and improve the teaching quality.
