摘要
目的探讨评估—反馈教学法对护理本科生科研能力的提高作用。方法选取2018年1月—2018年12月的78位内蒙古医科大学附属医院护理学专业本科应届毕业生为研究对象,根据教学方法分为对照组(39例,给予常规教学)与研究组(39例,给予评估—反馈教学法),比较两组护生的科研能力。结果研究组科研能力优良率为92.31%,明显高于对照组的74.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组护生带教满意度为97.44%,明显高于对照组的82.05%,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理本科生采用评估—反馈教学法可提高学生科研能力。
Objective To explore the effect of evaluationfeedback teaching method on improving the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 78 nursing undergraduates from January 2018 to December 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were selected as subjects.According to the teaching methods,they were divided into control group(39 cases were given routine teaching)and research group(39 cases were given evaluation-feedback teaching method),and their scientific research abilities were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of scientific research ability in the research group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 74.36%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing students in the research group was 97.44%,which was significantly higher than 82.05%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evaluationfeedback teaching method in nursing undergraduates can improve students'scientific research ability.
