微课在外科教学中的效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 医学教育在整个人类发展史上具有重要意义,影响着人类的生命健康。外科教学是医学教育的重要组成部分,随着时代的不断发展,外科教学面临了许多新问题,亟需用新方法与新策略提升其教学效果。微课是一种创新的教学方法,在教学过程中将外科教学与微课结合在一起,其效果值得我们探讨。本文分析了微课在外科教学中的多方面作用,指出了微课可以促进学生提升自主学习能力、巩固基础理论知识、增强临床操作技能、提高医患沟通本领、掌握病例分析要领、强化团队协作精神。同时,文章讨论了现阶段微课教学中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的对策。 Medical education plays an important role in the whole history of human development and affects people’s life and health.Surgery is an important part of medical education.With the continuous development of the times,surgical teaching is facing many new problems.It is urgent to use a variety of strategies to improve the teaching effect.Microlecture is an innovative teaching method.It is worth of exploring the effect to combine surgical teaching with microlecture in the process of teaching.This paper analyzed the effect of microlecture in surgical teaching.We found that microlecture can promote students to improve their independent learning skills,to consolidate their basic theoretical knowledge,to enhance their clinical practical skills,to improve their communication skills,to master their clinical thinking,and to strengthen their team work.At the same time,this paper discussed the current problems about microlecture and puts forward some solutions.
