摘要
目的探讨医学影像资料CT三维重建在解剖学教学中的应用,更好的让学生掌握人体解剖结构和相互之间的毗邻关系,判断影像学征象和评估各种疾病的能力,是奠定影像学诊断学的基础。方法收集正常胸部CT图像,利用三维重建的模型应用于本科生的实验教学,调查学生的学习情况和评估自主个性化学习情况。结果通过3D-DOCTOR进行三维重建,可以直观地再现胸部的三维结构并可从不同角度进行观察,学生普遍提高了自主学习的兴趣及效率。结论利用三维重建软件能够简单方便地显示人体的三维结构,应用于影像解剖教学可获得良好的效果,影像资料CT三维重建在解剖学教学中的探索研究,对教学改革具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the application of threedimensional CT reconstruction of medical imaging data in anatomy teaching,so as to better enable students to master the anatomical structure of human body and the adjacent relationship between each other,judge the imaging signs and evaluate the ability of various diseases,and lay the foundation of imaging diagnostics.Methods The normal chest CT images were collected,and the three-dimensional reconstruction model was applied to the experimental teaching of undergraduates,to investigate the students'learning situation and evaluate the independent and personalized learning situation.Results Threedimensional reconstruction by 3D-DOCTOR can intuitively reproduce the three-dimensional structure of the chest and observe it from different angles.Students'interest and efficiency in independent learning are generally improved.Conclusion The 3d reconstruction software can display the 3d structure of human body easily and conveniently,and it can get good results in the teaching of image anatomy.
