牙体牙髓病学临床诊疗思维模拟训练系统的研发及评价 被引量:2

摘要 临床思维是指运用多学科知识,以患者为中心,形成的个性化方案并予以执行和修正的思维活动过程。口腔医学是一门理论性和实践性结合很强的医学学科,目前我国口腔医学教育过程中没有专门的临床思维训练课程,口腔医学生的临床思维训练仍遵循传统教学方法,学生成长速度较慢并且个体差异大。因此,借鉴医学模拟教育的成功,本研究从《牙体牙髓病学》课程入手,研发可用于培养低年资口腔医师临床思维的牙体牙髓病学临床诊疗思维模拟训练系统,以期加强其临床思维训练,促进其形成良好的临床思维能力。同时对使用者进行问卷调查,对模拟系统的有效性及优缺点进行分析,为培养优秀的口腔临床医学人才奠定基础。 Clinical thinking refers to the process of thinking activities that uses multidisciplinary knowledge,patientcentered,personalized programs and implementation and revision.Stomatology is a medical discipline with a strong combination of theory and practice.At present,there is no special clinical thinking training course in the process of stomatology education in China.The clinical thinking training of stomatology students still follows the traditional teaching method,and the students grow slowly.And the individual differences are large.Therefore,drawing on the success of medical simulation education,this study developed a clinical simulation training system for Dental Endodontics that can be used to cultivate the clinical thinking of low-grade physicians,to strengthening their clinical thinking and promoting their formation of clinical thinking skills.At the same time,the user was surveyed,and the effectiveness,advantages and disadvantages of the simulation system are analyzed,which lays a foundation for cultivating excellent oral clinical medical talents.
