神经外科专培医师医患沟通能力培养方式探讨

医患沟通是医患双方围绕伤病、诊疗、健康和相关因素等主题进行的全方位信息交流,主要目的是使医患双方对于疾病现状及治疗方案形成共识,建立信任合作关系,以促进治疗的平稳实施。神经外科因为学科的特殊性,病种难度大,病情复杂且进展迅速,并发症多样且凶险,治疗风险相对其他常见临床疾病而言要高出许多,如若医患沟通不充分,则往往会给诊疗带来极大的不便,甚至引发医患纠纷。因而在临床工作过程中,作为与患者及家属接触、交流、沟通的第一线,神经外科专科培训医师需要妥善处理和把控的状况更加复杂多变。因此,神经外科专培医师的医患沟通能力,是成功的临床诊疗过程中至关重要的组成部分。但我国的专科医师培训制度建立时间尚短,对于专培医师医患沟通能力的培养还相对薄弱,存在一定的提升空间。加强医患沟通能力,对于神经外科专科培训医师而言十分重要。

Because of the specialty of neurosurgery which features more difficult,complex and the progress of disease is rapid,the complications are various and dangerous.The risk and cost of treatment are much higher than other common clinical diseases.If the communication between physicians and patients is not enough,it will often bring great inconvenience to clinical diagnosis and treatment,and even lead to medical disputes.Therefore,in the course of clinical work,as the first line of communication with patients and their families,neurosurgeons who are in specialist training program need to handle and control the situation which is more complex and changeable.Strengthening the ability of communication between physicians and patients is quite significant for neurosurgeons in specialist training program.
