表现性评价在高等护理教育中的应用现状与展望 被引量:2

摘要 目前,我国高等护理教育普遍存在重结果轻过程、评价标准"一刀切"、重视综合测评、忽视分类引导等问题,这些问题严重制约了护理教育的发展。创新评价机制,充分发挥教学评价的导向作用迫在眉睫。表现性评价侧重于在真实情境中考查学生综合运用知识和技能的能力,其作为一种能够测量高阶思维能力的评价方式受到了众多学者的青睐。表现性评价测量领域广,覆盖面大,具有丰富的理论内涵和广阔的实践外延,其成功运用为人才选拔提供了重要的参考依据。文章将针对表现性评价的内涵、基本构成要素等内容进行综述,并总结国内外实践经验,以期为护理专业教学评价提供参考和借鉴。 At present,there are many problems in higher nursing education in our country,such as emphasizing the process of emphasizing results,paying attention to comprehensive evaluation,neglecting classification guidance and so on,which seriously restrict the development of nursing education.It is urgent to innovate the evaluation mechanism and give full play to the guiding role of teaching evaluation.Performance assessment focuses on the ability of students to apply knowledge and skills comprehensively in the real situation,which has been favored by many scholars as an evaluation method which can measure highorder thinking ability.The field of performance assessment and measurement is wide,the coverage is large,and it has rich theoretical connotation and broad practical extension.Its successful application provides an important reference for the selection of talents.This paper summarizes the connotation and basic elements of performance assessment,and summarizes the practical experience at home and abroad,in order to provide reference and reference for the teaching evaluation of nursing specialty.
