慢性前列腺炎患者疼痛和排尿症状的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Pain and Urination Symptoms in Patients With Chronic Prostatitis

目的了解慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者的分型及症状特点,探讨CP诊断的方法。方法采用NIH-CPSI评分和自行设计的调查问卷对2018年9月—2018年10月在本院门诊就诊的CP患者共100例进行问卷调查。结果回收有效问卷86份,患者中久坐时间小于8小时的有26例,出现有相关部位疼痛症状的有8(9.3%)例,排尿症状的有12(13.9%)例,无症状者6(6.9%)例;8~12小时的有20例,出现有相关部位疼痛症状的有8(9.3%)例,排尿症状的有7(8.1%)例,无症状者5(5.8%)例;12~16小时的有40例,出现有相关部位疼痛症状的有18(20.9%)例,排尿症状的有19(22.1%)例,无症状者3(3.4%)例。调查显示本组47例依据临床经验来诊断,25例依据以NIH-CPSI评分来诊断。结论疼痛和排尿症状是慢性前列腺炎的主要表现,大部分临床医生依靠症状来诊断CP。久坐时间较长者更容易出现CP症状。

Objective To clarify the classification and symptom characteristics of chronic prostatitis(CP)patients,and to discuss the diagnosis methods for CP.Methods A total number of 100 outpatient CP patients from September 2018 to October 2018 were investigated by NIH-CPSI score and self-designed questionnaire.Results A total number of 86 valid questionnaires were collected.Among them,26 patients with sitting time less than 8 hours,8(9.3%)patients with pain symptoms of related parts,12(13.9%)patients with urination symptoms,and 6(6.9%)patients without symptoms.There were 20 patients with 8~12 hours,8(9.3%)with symptoms of pain at related sites,7(8.1%)with symptoms of urination,and 5(5.8%)without symptoms.There were 40 patients with 12~16 hours,18(20.9%)with pain symptoms of related parts,19(22.1%)with urination symptoms,and 3(3.4%)without symptoms.According to this investigation,47 cases in this group were diagnosed according to clinical experience,and 25 cases were diagnosed according to NIH-CPSI score.Conclusions Pain and urinary symptoms are the main manifestations of CP,and most clinicians rely on symptoms to diagnose CP.Sedentary people are more likely to have CP symptoms.
