糖尿病住院患者对自持血糖仪的认知调查及护理

目的通过对房山区糖尿病住院患者自持血糖仪的认知情况的调查,了解糖尿病患者对其规范使用程度,提出相应的护理对策。方法对2018年3月1日—2018年8月31日513例使用自持便携式血糖仪的糖尿病住院患者进行问卷调查,并进行针对性的培训及健康教育,将调查资料通过SPSS 18.0统计软件包进行分析。结果 513例自持便携式血糖仪的糖尿病住院患者中对血糖仪正确使用等知识知晓欠缺,通过知识宣教前后对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.001),宣教效果有效。结论房山区糖尿病住院患者对自持的血糖仪认知方面存在知识缺乏的问题,通过制定系统化、专业化的培训和健康教育,可以提高便携式血糖仪的规范使用率,减少检测误差,确保检测结果的准确。

Objective To investigate the cognitive status of self-administered glucose meter in patients with diabetes in fangshan district,to understand the standard usage degree of diabetes patients,and to put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods From 1 March 2018 to 31 August 2018,513 cases of diabetic inpatients with portable glucose instrument were investigated,targeted training and health education were conducted,and the survey data were analyzed through SPSS18.0 statistical software package.Results 513 patients with diabetes patients with portable blood glucose instrument lacked knowledge of the correct use of blood glucose instrument,and the results had significant statistical significance through the comparison between knowledge and education,P<0.001.The mission effect is effective.Conclusion inpatients with diabetes in fangshan area lack of knowledge about self-sustained blood glucose meter.By developing systematic and specialized training and health education,the standard usage rate of portable blood glucose meter can be improved,the error of detection can be reduced,and the accuracy of test results can be ensured.
