蒙红贴膏治疗急性软组织损伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Menghong Paste in Treating Acute Soft Tissue Injury

蒙红贴膏(蒙古伤痛贴)是由内蒙古蒙药股份有限公司依据蒙医理论和用药经验研制开发的新药,属《药品注册管理办法》药物注册申请分类的中药第6类。本品处方由蒙酸模、三七、红花、多叶棘豆、滑石粉、石膏、诃子等组成,为外用橡胶膏剂。具有消肿止痛,消瘀,舒筋活血之功效,有较长时间临床使用经验,对于急慢性软组织损伤、腰腿痛、关节痛以及肩周炎、颈椎病、落枕等病症均有显著疗效。本文通过观察蒙红贴膏,对急性软组织损伤治疗效果,采用随机双盲对照试验方法,在5家医院同时进行多中心Ⅲ期临床试验,对480例急性软组织损伤患者进行临床观察,其中试验组360例用蒙药贴膏,对照组120例用海马舒活膏。用药后6小时疼痛有明显减轻的比例试验组为91.94%,对照组为87.50%,统计分析组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

Menghong Paste(Mongolia Injury Paste)is a new medicine developed by Inner Mongolia Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.based on Mongolian medicine theory and medication experience。It belongs to the sixth category of Chinese medicines classified in the Drug Registration Administration Measures.The prescription of this product consists of sorrel,panax notoginseng,safflower,multi-leaf Oxytropis,talc,gypsum,gardenia,etc.It is a rubber paste for external use.It has the effects of swelling and pain relief,blood stasis,muscles and blood circulation,has a long period of clinical experience,has significant effects on acute and chronic soft tissue injury,waist and leg pain,joint pain and periarthritis,cervical spondylosis,falling pillow and other diseases.This article is to observe the clinical efficacy of Menghong plaster(formerly Mongolian Tongtong plaster)in treating acute soft tissue injury.A randomized double-blind controlled trial was conducted in five hospitals at the same time in a multi-center phase III clinical trial to clinically observe 480 patients with acute soft tissue injury.Among them,360 patients in the test group were treated with Mongolian plasters and 120 patients in the control group were treated with hippocampus paste.The results of the effectiveness analysis showed that the total significant effective rate in the disease comprehensive efficacy test group was 66.67%and that in the control group was 59.16%.There was no significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of pain significantly reduced at 6 hours after treatment was 91.94%in the test group and 87.50%in the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mongolia Injury Patch has a positive effect on acute soft tissue injury,and it has a good effect in rapidly reducing acute soft tissue injury and pain.
