Expanding clinical pharmaceutical care under“Internet+”mode

目的:阐述“互联网+”为临床药学带来思维拓展,提供新思路和新方法。方法:在“互联网+”模式下以大数据、信息平台、“互联网+医联体”为切入点拓展临床药学服务。结果:“互联网+”在提高药品不良反应监测、提高患者用药安全、促进医药护融合、促进分级诊疗等方面有很好的切入点,有效提高用药安全性及合理。结论:在“互联网+”时代背景下,临床药学能够加快科学发展,提升临床服务质量,开拓发展空间。

Objective This paper expounds the thinking expansion of“Internet+”to clinical pharmacy and the new thinking method for clinical pharmacy service.Methodsreview of relevant literature,this paper discusses how touse“internet+”mode to develop clinical pharmaceutical care based on big data,information platform and“Internet+medicine”.Results“Internet+”in improving monitoring of adverse drug reactions in clinical pharmacy、improveing patient safety、promoting medical and nursing integration、it is a good point to promote grading diagnosis and treatment,can effectively improve the safety and rationality of drug use.Conclusion under the background of“Internet+”era,clinical pharmacy can develop scientifically,to improve the quality of clinical pharmaceutical care,open up space for clinical pharmacists,but also put forward higher requirements for clinical pharmacists.
