变压器油中颗粒度测试机器人系统设计与性能分析

Design and Performance Analysis of Robot System for Particle Size Measurement in Transformer Oil

针对变压器油中颗粒度检测中遇到的效率低、成本高等问题,提出了采用机械运动模块、机器人控制系统模块、颗粒度检测模块等,设计并实现了一种针对变压器绝缘油中颗粒度含量自动检测系统。实验结果表明:该系统检测出变压器油中颗粒度含量范围与人工检测偏差在6%以内,能够满足客户需求,说明该设备具有较好的稳定性、安全性以及实用性。

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost in the measurement of granularity in transformer oil,a mechanical motion module,robot control system module,and granularity detection module were proposed and an automatic detection system for granularity content in transformer insulating oil was implemented.The experimental results show that the detection range of granularity content in transformer oil is within 6%of the deviation of manual detection,which can meet the needs of customers,indicating that the equipment has good stability,safety and practical value.
