Study on Noise Reduction of Q400C Shot Blasting Machine

在抛丸机的使用过程中,抛丸器起到了至关重要的作用,也是工作噪音的主要来源。以Q400C型抛丸器为研究对象,以降低抛丸器工作噪音为目标,对抛丸器的结构及材料的合理性进行深入研究,实施了抛丸器降噪改进,达到了优化工作环境的目的。

In the use of shot blasting machine,impeller head plays a vital role,but also is the main source of working noise.Taking Q400C type impeller head as the research object and aiming at reducing the working noise of impeller head,the rationality of the structure and material of impeller head was deeply studied in this paper,and the noise reduction improvement of impeller head was implemented to optimize the working environment.
