摘要
饱和潜水技术历经多年的发展,已经成为近海探索开发、失事船舶搜救、海底施工作业等领域的重要手段。饱和潜水系统工作效率高,但是随之而来的是高风险的工作环境,因此饱和潜水系统的安全性受到了世界各国的高度重视。鉴于海上油气开发存在碳氢化合物泄漏而发生火灾或爆炸事故,为了工作人员能及时撤离,多数油气运营商更倾向于具备动力推进的高压逃生舱作为饱和潜水系统的撤离设备。在此趋势下,自航式高压逃生艇(逃生舱与艇融合)取代没有动力的高压逃生舱作为海上饱和潜水作业系统高压撤离单元。通过项目研制,在载人舱轻量化设计思路、侧向对接、新型应急电源、系统高度集成化、关键工艺以及技术经验上给予一定深度表述,将推动我国(艇载式)饱和潜水逃生舱向轻量化、集成化设计运用方向发展,并为今后开发工作提供可靠参考依据。
After years of development,saturation diving technology has become an important means of offshore exploration and development,wrecked ship search and rescue,seabed construction and other fields.Saturated diving system has a high efficiency,but it is followed by a high-risk working environment,so the safety of saturated diving system has been highly valued by all countries in the world.In view of hydrocarbon leakage and fire or explosion accidents in offshore oil and gas development,most oil and gas operators prefer the high-pressure rescue chamber with power propulsion as the evacuation equipment of saturation diving system in order to evacuate the staff in time.In this trend,the SPHL replaces the unpowered high-pressure rescue chamber as the high-pressure evacuation unit of the saturated submarine operation system.Through the research and development of the project,the design idea,side docking,new emergency power supply,highly integrated system,key process and technical experience of the lightweight design of the manned capsule are described in depth,which will promote the development of China’s(boat borne)saturated submersible to the lightweight and integrated design and application direction,and provide reliable reference for the future development work.
