摘要
为了提高马铃薯厨用加工设备设计水平,满足厨用多方面要求,针对马铃薯多品种高效加工需求,设计了一套马铃薯去皮、切片、切丝设备,以实现马铃薯的自动化加工过程。该设备由去皮机构和切片、切丝机构两部分组成,去皮机构采用离心式滚筒结构设计,可使马铃薯与内壁粗糙颗粒之间的摩擦更为充分,达到去皮效果;切片、切丝机构的切片刀具采用滚筒式切片刀,提高了切除效率。该设备将马铃薯的清洗、去皮、切片、切丝功能结合起来,实现了高效切削。
This paper designs potato peeling,slicing,and shredding equipment that can improve the design level of potato kitchen processing equipment,meet the requirements of various aspects of kitchen use,and realize the efficient processing of potato varieties.This equipment can realize the automatic processing of potatoes.It consists of two parts:peeling mechanism,slicing and shredding mechanism.The peeling mechanism adopts a centrifugal drum structure design,which can make the friction between the potato and the rough particles on the inner wall more fully achieve the peeling effect.The slicing tool of the slicing and wire-cutting mechanism adopts a roller-type slicing knife,which improves the cutting efficiency.It combines the functions of potato cleaning,peeling,slicing,and shredding to achieve efficient cutting.
