摘要
为了解决工业机器人手腕渗油和漏油问题,提出了一种手腕高防护密封方法。手腕结构在设计上采用二次密封设计,当第一道密封失效后,第二道密封结构仍然能够保证手腕的密封。通过手腕密封实验,提出的手腕密封防护等级可达IP67,并在机器人实物上进行测试,验证了其密封的可靠性和实用性。
In order to solve the problem of oil seepage and oil leakage of wrists of industrial robots,a high protection sealing method for wrist is proposed in this paper.The design of the wrist structure adopts a double seal design.When the first seal fails,the second seal structure can still guarantee the seal of the wrist.Through the wrist seal experiment,the wrist seal protection grade proposed in this paper can reach IP67,and the reliability and practicability of the wrist seal are verified by the test on the robot.
