摘要
针对高铁轮对在线监测手段不足的问题,设计了基于STM32的轮对状态采集与监控系统。该系统采集一节列车每组轮对的温度、振动和速度信号,通过WiFi模块上传至云服务器进行存储与监控。该系统可以实现轮对状态的在线监测,为列车的安全运行提供保障,同时为维护和维修提供数据支持,减少过保养、过维修。
For insufficient on-line monitoring means for high-speed railway wheelsets,a wheelset status acquisition and monitoring system based on STM32 is designed.In this system,the temperature,vibration and speed signals of each wheelset of a train are collected and uploaded to the cloud server for storage and monitoring through a WIFI module.It can realize the on-line monitoring of wheelset status,provide guarantee for the safety of the train,provide data support for maintenance and repair,and reduce over maintenance,over repair.
