摘要
我国汽车市场发展中,系统化、模块化供应已成为未来汽车零部件的发展趋势。汽车零部件企业要提高市场竞争力,需要开发适应市场需要和发展要求的项目管理模式,以指导企业产品开发。基于此,从当前汽车零部件开发项目的发展趋势着手,探讨项目管理特点和管理模式等,并总结分析优化汽车零部件项目管理的策略。通过实践中不断总结汽车零部件开发项目管理经验,优化其管理策略,以形成规范化项目管理,更有助于企业提高开发效率,缩短自身产品上市时间,进而提高企业竞争力。
In the development of China’s automobile market,the development trend of auto parts in the future market development is the systematic and modular supply.In order to improve the market competitiveness,the auto parts enterprises need to develop the project management mode that meets the market needs and development requirements,so as to guide the enterprise product development.This paper analyzes the development trend of current auto parts development project,discusses the characteristics and management mode of project management,and summarizes and analyzes the strategy of optimizing the project management of auto parts.Through the practice of continuous summary of automotive parts development project management experience,optimize its management strategy,in order to form a standardized project management,more help enterprises improve development efficiency,shorten the time to market their own products,and then improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
