Fault Analysis on Zero Line of Air Conditioning Control Cabinet for Railway Passenger Cars

空调系统作为保证旅客乘车舒适性的重要设备之一,其在行车过程中的性能至关重要。基于此,通过现场调研,并依据多年的实训教学经验,针对铁路客车空调控制柜经常出现的零线故障,以KLC401T1型为例,阐述了故障产生的原因及处理措施。

Air-conditioning system is one of the important equipment to ensure the comfort of passengers.Whether its performance is good or not is very important in the process of driving.Based on the author’s field investigation and practical teaching experience for many years,this paper taking KLC401T1 as an example expounds the causes of the neutral line malfunctions of air conditioning control cabinet railway passenger car and the measures to solve these problems.
