Production Line Planning for Gas Box Welding of Ring Main Unit

为提高环网柜的生产效率,规划了一套适合环网柜气箱自动焊接的生产线。该生产线依次包括螺柱焊接工作站、打磨工作站、点焊工作站、封闭焊工作站、搬运系统及成品存储站。其中,螺柱焊工作站由板料固定变位系统和自动螺柱焊接系统构成;打磨工作站由板料固定变位系统及自动打磨系统构成;点焊工作站包括气箱点焊工作台和TIG焊接工位;封闭焊工作站包括气箱固定变位系统、CMT焊接系统及焊缝跟踪系统;搬运系统由移动导轨及搬运机械手构成。经实际使用,并配合完善的制造流程、生产节拍及工艺参数,本生产线的生产效率可达人工焊接的5倍,焊缝能够通过0.14MPa的氦气检测,具有广阔的工程应用前景。

In order to improve the production efficiency,this paper plans a production line which is suitable for the automatic welding of the gas box of the ring main unit.The production line successively includes stud welding workstation,grinding workstation,spot welding workstation,closed welding workstation,handling system and finished product storage station.The working station of stud welder is composed of plate fixed displacement system and automatic stud welding system.The grinding workstation is composed of the plate fixed displacement system and the automatic grinding system.Spot welding workstation includes gas box spot welding workbench and TIG welding station.The closed welding station includes the gas box fixed displacement system,CMT welding system and weld tracking system.The handling system consists of a moving guide rail and a handling manipulator.Through practical use,in combination with perfect manufacturing process,production beat and process parameters,the production efficiency of the production line can reach 5 times of manual welding,and the weld can pass the helium detection of 0.14MPa,which has a broad prospect of engineering application.
