目前,“大众创业,万众创新”已经成为人才培养的方向之一,也是我国总体发展的潮流趋势。同时,随着我国经济的不断发展,教育水平也得到了一定提升。随着我国高校人才数量的不断增加,单纯的市场型就业已经难以满足我国人才的就业需求。因此,应积极引导能力较强的高校人才加入到创业创新行列中,满足我国人才就业需求。

At present,mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation has become one of the current talent training directions and is also the trend of China’s overall development.At the same time,with the continuous development of China’s economic level,the level of education has also been improved to a certain extent.With the continuous increase in the number of talents in China’s colleges and universities,pure market-based employment has been unable to meet the demand for talents in China.Therefore,we should actively guide university talents with strong ability to join the ranks of entrepreneurship and innovation to meet the employment needs of talents in our country.
