沥青再生剂基础油分评价与再生机理研究

Study on the Base Oil Evaluation and Regeneration Mechanism of Asphalt Regenerant

轻质基础油是老化沥青再生剂中的主体部分,很大程度上决定了再生剂的使用性能。使用六种常见的沥青再生剂基础油分别制备再生沥青,通过红外光谱分析了老化沥青的再生机理,并对各种基础油的再生效率进行了评价。结果表明,在沥青的老化与再生过程中,红外光谱吸收峰位置基本一致,基础油分加入后亚砜基特征峰峰值降低,表明基础油分的加入能起到一定的还原效果。研究中进行了再生沥青的三大指标试验验证基础油分的还原效果,结果表明,增塑剂油分相较于石油系油分还原效果更好;基础油对老化沥青中重质组分溶解能力越强,还原效率越高。

Light base oil is the main part of regenerant,which has a great effect on the performance of regenerant.In this paper,six categories of base oil widely used in regenerant are used to prepare regenerated asphalt.The regeneration mechanism of aged asphalt is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,and the regeneration efficiency of different base oil is evaluated by testing the penetration,softening point and ductility.The results show that the location of absorption peaks are similar in the all tests,and the values of sulfoxide group peak decreas es after adding bas e oil,which indicates that the addition have certain reduction effect.The penetration,softening point and ductility of regenerated asphalt are also tested in this study.The results show that the plasticizer is more effectively than petroleum base oil.Easier the base oil dissolve the heavy components,more effectively the regeneration.
