基于紫外分光光度法的高黏沥青与集料黏附性研究

摘要 为了评价自制T-HVA高黏沥青与集料的黏附性,同时验证紫外分光光度法测试沥青与集料黏附性的可靠性,采用紫外分光计分别测试基质沥青、SBS改性沥青、传统高黏沥青和自制高黏沥青与3种不同集料的剥落率,并与规范中的水煮法试验结果进行对比,建立两种不同方法测得的剥落率与黏附等级的联系。同时通过浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和浸水飞散试验研究自制高黏沥青的水稳定性。试验结果表明,紫外分光光度法相比于规范中的水煮法可以更好的定量评价沥青与集料的黏附性;自制T-HVA高黏沥青比传统高黏沥青具有更好的黏附性;水煮法试验结果与水稳定性试验结果间接验证了紫外分光光度法测试沥青与集料黏附性的可靠性。 In order to evaluate the adhesiveness of homemade T-HVA high-viscosity asphalt and aggregate,and to verify the reliability of ultraviolet spectrophotometry in testing the adhesiveness of asphalt and aggregates,UV spectrometer is used to test the peeling rates of matrix asphalt,SBS modified asphalt,traditional high viscosity asphalt and homemade high-viscosity asphalt with 3 different aggregate,and compared with the results of the boiling method test in the specification,and the relationship between the peeling rates and the adhesion levels measured by the two different methods is established.At the same time,the water stability of the s elf-made high-viscosity asphalt is studied by the im mersion Marshall Test,the freez ethaw splitting test and the immersion scattering test.The test results show that the UV spectrophotometric method can better quantitatively evaluate the adhesiveness of asphalt and aggregate than the standard boiling method.Homemade T-HVA high viscosity asphalt has better adhesiveness than traditional high viscosity asphalt.The results of the boiling test and the water stability test also indirectly verified the reliability of the ultraviolet spectrophotometric method for testing the adhesiven ess of asphalt and aggregate.
