基于数字图像技术的沥青与集料黏附性影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 为更加准确、快捷地定量表征沥青与集料的粘结性能,提出基于数字图像处理技术的计算方法。采用交通部规程标准水浸法测试不同沥青与集料的黏附性,运用Photoshop处理技术计算剥落面积比,从温度、老化程度、黏度等方面研究集料表面上的沥青黏附性能。结果表明:不同沥青与集料黏附时,开始出现剥落的温度不同,温度越高,黏附率越低,建议水浸法试验的水浴温度设置为90℃以上;沥青老化时间逐渐增加,与集料的作用力逐渐减小,与集料的粘结力逐渐减小,黏附性降低;沥青黏度增加,与集料间的黏附率并未增大,除温度、老化及黏度等影响因素外,集料的化学性质对黏附性的影响仍需进一步研究。研究结果证明,采用数字图像处理技术的沥青与集料黏附性测量方法是可靠的。 In order to calculate the adhesion behavior between asphalt and aggregate more precisely and efficiently,a calculation method based on digital image processing technology was proposed.In this paper,the adhesion behavior of different asphalt and aggregate from the aspects of temperature,aging degree,and viscosity was tested by the standard water immersion method according to the regulations of the ministry of communications,and was quantitatively characterized by the peeling area ratio which is calculated by Photoshop treatment.Results show that the peeling temperature varies with different combinations of asphalt and aggregate,and the adhesion ability gradually declines with the increase of temperature.Therefore,it is suggested that the water bath temperature should be set above 90℃ instead of 80℃,in order for a better experimental phenomenon observation;The adhesion ability reduces after aging test,and the increase of viscosity of asphalt has little relation with the variation of adhesion.In addition to temperature,aging,viscosity and other factors,the influence of the chemical properties of aggregates on the adhesion still needs further study.In conclusion,digital image processing technology is reliable when it used to calculate the adhesion behavior of asphalt and aggregate.
