4种海洋防污剂对卤虫无节幼体的毒性研究

Toxicity of Four Marine Antifouling Biocides to Artemia nauplius

为了评估防污涂料对海洋生物的毒性影响,以卤虫为受试生物,研究了4种常用海洋防污剂SeaNine 211、吡啶三苯基硼(TPBP)、溴代腈(Tralopyril)、代森锌(Zineb)对卤虫无节幼体的急性毒性。结果表明,4种防污剂按照毒性强弱排序为SeaNine 211>TPBP>Tralopyril>Zineb,对卤虫24 h的半致死质量浓度分别为0.146,0.247,4.648和67.845 mg/L。研究发现TPBP的毒杀表现较为特殊,推测TPBP对卤虫无节幼体起到麻醉、瘫痪作用。

For evaluating the toxicity of antifouling coating on marine organism,Artemia was used as test organism to study the acute toxicity of four marine antifouling biocides SeaNine 211,TPBP,Tralopyril,Zineb to Artemia nauplius.The results showed that the toxicities against Artemia nauplius were detected with results of descending order of SeaNine 211>TPBP>Tralopyril>Zineb with LC 50 of 0.146,0.247,4.648 and 67.845 mg/L,respectively.TPBP was found to have a special toxicity performance,and was speculated to be an aesthetic and paralytic to Artemia nauplius.
