2017年海上丝绸之路沿途国家海洋风能分布

摘要 基于2017年的CCMP(cross-calibrated multi-platform)风场数据,选取了21世纪海上丝绸之路沿途的中国、印度尼西亚、印度、斯里兰卡、肯尼亚和希腊6个国家,通过计算各自的风能强度、输出功率、运营能力以及额定容量等指标,对其海洋风电资源潜力进行评估。研究发现:6个国家的风能资源都比较丰富,其中中国最为丰富,发电功率在1月、2月、10月至12月超过20 MW,单机发电功率为175.49 MW;印度、斯里兰卡和肯尼亚的风能次之且近似,2017年单机发电功率总额分别为53.83 MW,89.01 MW和85.41 MW;希腊因临近地中海风能相对较小,单机发电功率为11.21 MW,且6月的运营能力最小,为61.67%。 Six coastal countries(China,Indonesia,India,Sri Lanka,Kenya,and Greece)along the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road were selected to evaluate the ability to develop marine wind power by processing the 2017 CCMP(cross-calibrated multi-platform)wind data.Relevant parameters,such as wind power density,output power,operating capacity,rated capacity,were used to analyze the future development of marine wind power in these countries.It is found that these countries had rich wind energy resources,especially in China,where power generation exceeded 20 MW in January,February and October to December,with single-machine power generation of 175.49 MW.The wind energy in India,Sri Lanka and Kenya was similar,showing a medium level in six countries.Single-machine power generation was 53.83 MW,89.01 MW,and 85.41 MW respectively in India,Sri Lanka and Kenya in 2017.Due to proximity to the inner sea and the Mediterranean Sea,the wind power in Greece was the smallest,as the single-machine power was 11.21 MW,and the operating capacity in June was 61.67%.
