香精废水的生化处理工艺研究

摘要 针对香精废水的有机物浓度高、成分复杂、硫酸盐含量高、水量和水质变化大、可生化性差等特点,对香精废水的生化处理流程进行了研究。分析了Fenton高级氧化、混凝、铁碳微电解等各种预处理工艺对香精废水的处理效果,在此基础上运用水解酸化池+生物接触氧化组合工艺对香精废水进行生化处理,并对生化处理出水进行深度处理。运行结果表明该工艺运行稳定,当进水COD达7700 mg/L时,出水COD降到482 mg/L,达到接管标准;处理成本由120元/t废水降至50元/t废水。 In view of the characteristics of high concentration of organic matter,complex components,high sulphate content,large quantity of water and water quality,and poor biodegradability of flavor wastewater,the biochemical treatment process of flavor wastewater was studied.The effects of various pretreatment processes such as Fenton advanced oxidation,coagulation,iron carbon micro-electrolysis on the treatment of flavor wastewater were studied.On this basis,the combined process of hydrolysis and acidification pool and biological contact oxidation was carried out for biochemical treatment,and the effluent of biochemical treatment was further treated.The operation results showed that the process was stable.When the inlet COD reaches 7700 mg/L,the effluent COD drops to 482 mg/L,reaching the takeover standard.The treatment cost is reduced from 120 yuan/ton to 50 yuan/ton.
