面向品质提升的既有住区建筑类型量态及特有问题分析——基于大连20世纪80-90年代住区实存数据

Quality Improvement-oriented Analysis on Status Quo and Specific Problemsof Existing Housing Types—Based on Actual Survey of 1980s and 1990s Residential Areas in Dalian

城市既有住区建筑的品质提升是当前建设模式转型期建筑领域研究与实践的重要内容。对住区建筑实存状况的客观调查是品质体系化提升的首要环节,然而多数活动缺乏此前期阶段,对提升主体的类型、存量及状态等基础认知不足制约了提升的科学有效性,且地域差异还促生出较多影响提升的地方类型或特性,因此有必要对不同城市展开综合的前期基础研究。文章以大连地区为例,通过多方数据整合,从区域分布、组群布局、建筑设计三个层面对住区建筑进行实存类型归纳、存量统计与状态分析,并总结了部分类型特有的品质问题,为体系化地提升研究提供基础数据支撑,也为有深度地聚焦探讨提供思路。

Quality improvement ofexistingurbanhousing has become an important part of architectural research and practice during the transformation periodof construction mode.The actualsurvey of existing housing is the first step in systematic quality-improvement interventions,which are exactly most activities in China lackof.Deficiency in awareness of main types,data and status of thesubject have restricted the scientific effectiveness of improvement,and differences among regions also stimulate more regional types or characteristics that affect the improvement,so it is necessary to conduct comprehensive and basic survey on different cities.Taking Dalian for example andthrough multi-party information integration,this study summarized the types,statistics and characteristics of existing housing from the aspects of regional distribution,group layout,and architectural design.It also summarizes some specificproblemsfrom certain types.Hopefully these information willofferfundamental data basis for systematic quality-improvement research,and provide topics for in-depth discussion in the future.
