Analysis on Comprehensive TransformationPlan and Renovation Funds of Old Residential Areas in Xiyingqian Street of Tongzhou District of Beijing

老旧小区改造资金需求总规模较大,目前各地正在多渠道筹措资金,但仍然存在资金总体不足,财政资金压力大、居民和社会资金不愿投、后期维护资金缺失等问题。本文对北京通州区西营前街老旧小区综合整治方案及改造资金进行分析,进一步分析老旧小区改造资金都用在哪些地方。

The total demand for the reconstruction funds of old residential areas is large.At present,funds are being raised from various channels.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient funds,great financial pressure,unwilling investment of residents and social funds,lack of funds for later maintenance,etc.This paper explores the comprehensive renovation plan and renovation fund of the old residential area in Xiyingqian Street,Tongzhou District,Beijing,and further analyzes where the renovation funds of the old residential area are used.
