摘要 为解决目前我国严寒和寒冷地区高节能率及防火设计难题,研发制备压制无机微珠硅塑(GSG)板,实现建筑外墙保温工程A级防火和高效节能保温。本文通过研究分析无机微珠硅塑(GSG)板的生产制备特征和材料组成特点、主要性能特点、建筑保温系统构造形式、不同保温材料建筑热工设计结果、防火设计应用分析、粘结锚固特点以及典型工程案例等,综合对比分析其保温性能优势、防火性能优势和工程应用经济合理性特点,为现阶段我国建筑节能高质量健康发展提供可行性对策建议。 In order to solve the problems of high building EE rate and fire protection design in severe cold and cold zones in China,an inorganic micro-bead composite silicon plastic materials board(GSG)by compression moulding was studied to achieve A-level fire protection and high building efficiency insulation of building external wall insulation engineering.Through the research and analysis of the production characteristics,material composition,main performance,construction forms of building insulation systems,thermal design results of different thermal insulation materials,application analysis of fire protection design,characteristics of bonding and anchoring,and typical engineering cases,the advantages of thermal insulation performance,fire protection performance and economic rationality in engineering application of GSG insulation board are comprehensively compared and analyzed,which can provide feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality and healthy development of China's building energy efficiency at present stage.
