Study on the Relationship between Land Planning Management and Urban-Rural Planning Implementation

随着城市化进程的不断加快,城市和乡村之间的差距越来越小。在这样的背景下,如何更好地对城市内部的土地进行规划已成为全社会普遍关注的问题。本文首先分析了土地规划管理与城乡规划之间的矛盾和关联,然后阐述了可促进两者协调发展的措施,希望给国内的城乡发展、土地规划提供建议。

As the process of urbanization continues to accelerate,the gap between urban and rural areas is getting smaller and smaller.In this context,how to better plan the land within the city has become a general concern of the whole society.This article firstly analyzes both the contradiction and the connection between land planning management and urban-rural planning,then expounds measures that can promote the coordinated development of the two planning,which could provide references for future urban-rural development and land planning in China.
