高职产教融合的内涵、困境与路径研究——基于利益相关者视角

Research on the Connotation,Dilemma and Path of Higher Vocational Education-Industry Integration

产教融合是高等职业教育实现高质量发展的重要手段,同时也是实现供给侧结构性改革的重要手段。从利益相关者视角出发,在深入分析产教融合的内涵及各利益相关者的利益诉求点基础上,探究利益相关者视角下高职产教融合的困境,并从构建长效合作关系和加强顶层设计两方面提出对策,为进一步发展高等职业教育提供借鉴。

The integration of industry and education is an important means for higher vocational education to achieve high-quality development,and it is also an important means for achieving structural reform on the supply side.From the perspective of stakeholders,and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of the integration of industry and education and the interest demands of various stakeholders,this paper explores the dilemma of industry education integration in higher vocational education from the perspective of stakeholders,and puts forward countermeasures from the construction of long-term cooperative relationship and strengthening the top-level design,so as to provide reference for the further development of higher vocational education.
