特种膜脱除催化裂化油浆固体颗粒物技术的工业应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司金陵分公司3 t/h催化裂化油浆特种膜净化装置采用特种膜净化技术的工业应用情况。该装置以外甩油浆为原料,使用净化油浆生产的燃料油符合RMG180船用燃料油Ⅱ级指标要求。结果表明:膜净化装置稳定运行超过1 a,通过特种膜净化后,油浆中的固含量由3200μg/g降至30μg/g以下,固含量脱除率大于99%,符合固体残余物脱除率大于90%的设计要求;在原料固含量有较大波动的工况下依然能够保持净化油浆固含量指标稳定,具有良好的原料适应性。除此之外,对污染的特种膜进行药剂清洗后,跨膜压差恢复到0.055 MPa,与装置初始运行时跨膜压差基本相同,膜性能恢复率可达到98.6%,满足炼油厂长周期连续稳定生产的需求。 It is introduced the industrial application of special membrane purification technology in the 3 t/h FCC slurry special membrane purification unit of SINOPEC Jinling Company.The fuel oil produced from purified slurry meets the classⅡstandard of the RMG180 marine fuel oil.The results of industrial application show that the membrane purification unit has been operating stably for more than 1 year;the solid content of the purified oil slurry is from 3,200μg/g to less than 30μg/g,and the solid content removal rate is more than 99%,which meets the design requirements of the rate more than 90%;under the condition that the solid content of the feedstocks fluctuates greatly,the solid oil content index of the purified oil slurry can be kept stable,and it has good feedstocks adaptability.In addition,after the membrane is fouled,the transmembrane pressure difference returned to 0.055 MPa and the membrane performance recovery rate can reach 98.6%through chemical cleaning,which can realize industrialized long-term continuous and stable production.
