摘要
介绍了加氢裂化装置循环氢气体孔板流量计校正、循环氢烃露点、胺盐结晶温度、高压空冷器流速、反应系统热量损失等典型工程计算过程。通过翻阅大量炼油工艺设计手册、图书、期刊,科学选取计算公式并进行灵活应用,得出贴近实际的各类装置关键运行数据并应用于装置实际调整,使装置实际能耗下降了4180 kJ/t,高低压换热器、高压空冷器长周期高效平稳运行,挖掘装置降成本潜力171万余元,有效指导装置开展节能降耗、长周期攻关、大机组稳定运行、设备本质安全提升等工作,促进装置安全平稳高效长周期运行。
Five types of typical engineering calculation processes of hydrocracking unit are introduced,including the calibration of recycle hydrogen gas orifice flowmeter,the dew point of recycle hydrogen hydrocarbon,the crystallization temperature of ammonium salt,the flow rate of high pressure air cooler and the heat loss of reaction system.Through consulting a large number of refining process design manuals,books and periodicals,the calculation formula is selected scientifically and applied flexibly,and the key operation data of various units close to the actual situation is obtained.The data shall be applied to the actual adjustment of the unit,so that the actual energy consumption of the unit can be reduced by 4,180 kJ/t.And the high and low pressure heat exchanger and high pressure air cooler can operate efficiently and stably for a long period.More than 1.71 million yuan of cost reduction potential of the unit is excavated.It can effectively guide the unit to carry out energy saving and consumption reduction,long-term research,stable operation of large units,intrinsic safety improvement of equipment,and promote safe,stable,efficient and long-term operation of the unit.
