摘要 含油污泥主要来源于原油的开采、储存、运输以及加工等过程。对含油污泥组成、性质以及处理方法和现状进行介绍,分析相应的机理。含油污泥处理方法主要有热解、溶剂萃取、热水洗涤、超声处理、生物处理以及电动力学处理等,通过对含油污泥处理方法进行对比分析,总结了不同处理方法的应用范围及特点。根据含油污泥性质及环保要求,对含油污泥处理技术的发展提出了建议。在含油污泥实际处理过程中应结合含油污泥的性质、处理方法的特点以及处理需求等,借鉴优秀的技术采用复合手段处理,从而达到含油污泥处理资源化的目的。 Oily sludge mainly comes from the exploitation,storage,transportation and processing of crude oil.The composition,properties,treatment methods and current status of oily sludge are introduced,and the corresponding mechanism is analyzed in this paper.The main treatment methods of oily sludge include pyrolysis,solvent extraction,hot water washing,ultrasonic treatment,biological treatment and electrodynamics.The application scope and characteristics of different treatment methods are summarized through the comparative analysis of oil sludge treatment methods.The suggestions are put forward for the development of oily sludge treatment technology due to the complex nature of oily sludge and environmental protection requirements.In the actual treatment process of oily sludge,the characteristics of oily sludge,the advantages of treatment methods and treatment requirements should be combined.Using excellent technology for reference and using the compound treating methods to achieve the purpose of resources utilization of oil sludge.
