摘要 以问题为基础的学习(PBL)相较于传统教学,更注重学生能力培养,学习与问题挂钩,通过学员的自主探究和合作来解决问题。本研究总结了浦东新区人民医院药学部应用PBL对社区临床药师开展临床药学培训的实践,结果显示,PBL教学提高了学员自主学习的能力,在培养创新性思维方法,提高学员发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力方面,优于传统教学,在社区临床药师培训中效果良好,值得推广。 Compared with traditional teaching,problem-based learning(PBL)pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ability,links learning with problems,and solves problems through students’independent exploration and cooperation.This study summarized the practice of PBL in clinical pharmacy training for community clinical pharmacists in pharmacy department of Pudong New Area People’s Hospital,the results showed that PBL teaching improves the students’ability of autonomous learning and the cultivation of innovative thinking method,improve the students found the problem,comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems better than the traditional teaching,in the community of clinical pharmacist training effect is worth promoting.
