导师制联合Mini-CEX在本科护生实习带教中的应用

The Application of Tutorial System Combined with Mini-CEX in Internship Teaching of Undergraduate Nursing Students

目的探讨导师制联合微型临床演练评量(Mini-CEX)在本科护生实习带教中的应用价值。方法选择2017年10月—2018年4月南华大学附属第一医院护理本科实习生86名。随机分为2组,各43名。对照组用导师制+传统教学法,试验组用导师制+Mini-CEX教学法,比较2组理论及操作成绩、人文关怀能力、临床沟通能力及满意度。结果试验后,与对照组相比,试验组理论及操作成绩、人文关怀能力评分、临床沟通能力评分及满意度均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本科护生实习带教中应用导师制联合Mini-CEX,可有效提高护生综合素质,加强人文关怀能力及临床沟通能力。

Objective To explore the application value of Mini-CEX in teaching practice for undergraduate nursing students.Methods 86 undergraduate nursing interns from October 2017 to April 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,43 in each group.The control group used the tutorial system and traditional teaching method,and the experimental group used the tutorial system and Mini-CEX teaching method.The theoretical and operational achievements,humanistic care ability,clinical communication ability and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After the experiment,compared with the control group,the theoretical and operational performance,humanistic care ability score,clinical communication ability score and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The tutorial system combined with Mini-CEX can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,strengthen the ability of humanistic care and bed communication.
