摘要
为了满足培养高素质应用型中医人才的需求,各大医学院校均开设了数量众多的选修课。但这些课程面临着一系列尴尬的局面,如授课内容多,学时相对较少;学生不重视,到课率及参与度低等。为了更好地实现教学目标,教师需要花费更多的时间来整合教学内容、优化教学设计,以更好地吸引学生。我国本土研发的PAD教学模式应运而生,通过严谨设计的讲授-课下内化吸收-讨论3大环节,有效实现了知识的传输与自我建构,在提高学生参与度、实现教学目标及提升教师个人效能感等方面表现出了强大的生机与活力。
In order to satisfy the requirements of training high-quality applied traditional Chinese medical talents,many elective courses have been offered in medical colleges and universities.However,these courses are facing a series of embarrassing situations,such as more teaching content and less hours,lacking of attention,low attendance and participation rate.Teachers have to spend more time to integrate course content and optimize instructional design to attract students to achieve teaching objectives better.The indigenous teaching model named PAD emerged at the historic moment,which effectively realized the transmission and self-construction of knowledge through the rigorous design of the three links:presentation,assimilation,discussion.And it showed strong vitality in improving student participation,achieving teaching objectives and enhancing teachers'personal efficacy.
