专业学位护理研究生线上教学的思考与探索

Thought and Exploration of Online Teaching for Nursing Graduate Students of Professional Degree

目的探讨当前专业学位护理研究生线上教学的具体实施方法及面临的困难,并提出有效的应对建议。方法采用问卷调查法对15位选修护理管理理论与实践课程的2019级护理专业学位研究生在课程学习感兴趣程度、课程学习效果及实际应用等方面进行调查分析。结果学生在线上教学的基本情况、教学互动、教学内容、教学效果、学习时间、教学形式、作业形式等方面整体呈积极态度。结论对专业学位护理研究生应用线上教学模式,可以达到较好的教学效果。

Objective To explore the specific implementation methods and difficulties of online teaching for the master of nursing specialist,and to put forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.Methods By using the method of questionnaire survey,the master of nursing of 2019 for 15 elective courses of nursing management theory and practice was investigated and analyzed in terms of the degree of interest in course learning,the effect of course learning and practical application.Results The master of nursing specialisthave a positive attitude towards the basic situation of online teaching,teaching interaction,teaching content,teaching effect,learning time,teaching form and homework form.Conclusion The implementation of online teaching mode for the master of nursing specialist can achieve better teaching effect.
