摘要
目的评价情景模拟教学模式在护理实习带教中的效果。方法从2017年1月—2018年12月进行实习的实习护生中抽取68人作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为常规带教组和情景模拟带教组2组。常规带教组34人采用常规带教模式进行带教,情景模拟带教组34人采用情景模拟教学模式进行带教,评价2组实习护生护理实习带教效果和带教满意度的差异性。结果情景模拟带教组临床基础护理理论常识(14.68±2.37)分,临床专科护理操作技术(16.41±2.17)分,护理规章制度(17.18±2.58)分,护理安全管理(16.54±2.47)分,应急预案护理(18.27±2.19)分、案例分析题(18.97±2.33)分,均明显高于常规带教组(P<0.05)。带教实习环境(19.87±1.56)分、带教实习氛围(21.35±1.37)分、带教老师教学态度(20.17±1.89)分、带教内容(22.18±1.43)分,均明显高于常规带教组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟教学模式在护理实习带教中的效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of situational simulation teaching mode in nursing practice teaching.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,68 probationary nursing students in our department were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number method:routine teaching group and scenario simulation teaching group.34 cases in the routine teaching group were taught by the routine teaching mode,and 34 cases in the scenario simulation teaching mode were taught by the scenario simulation teaching mode,and the difference of teaching effect and satisfaction between the two groups was evaluated.Results In the scene simulation teaching group,the general knowledge of clinical basic nursing theory(14.68±2.37),clinical specialized nursing operation technology(16.41±2.17),nursing rules and regulations(17.18±2.58),nursing safety management(16.54±2.47),emergency plan nursing(18.27±2.19)and case analysis(18.97±2.33)were scored.They were significantly higher than those in the conventional teaching group(P<0.05).The scores of teaching practice environment(19.87±1.56),teaching practice atmosphere(21.35±1.37),teaching attitude of teachers(20.17±1.89)and teaching content(22.18±1.43)were significantly higher than those of conventional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching mode is effective in nursing practice teaching,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
