桂枝茯苓丸联合TDP照射治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Fuling Pill Combined with TDP Irradiation in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨桂枝茯苓丸联合TDP照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取收治的慢性盆腔炎患者58例,随机分为2组。对照组29例,给予常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上应用桂枝茯苓丸联合TDP照射进行治疗,2组疗程均为1个月。比较中医证候积分,评价患者的治疗效果。结果2组患者干预后下腹冷痛、喜温喜按、形寒肢冷评分降低;观察组患者干预后下腹冷痛、喜温喜按、形寒肢冷评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为96.55%,对照组临床总有效率为79.31%,治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗慢性盆腔炎选用桂枝茯苓丸联合TDP照射,起到温阳以散寒、活血以化瘀之效,疗效较好,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with TDP irradiation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 58 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with Guizhi Fuling pill combined with TDP irradiation.The course of treatment in both groups was 1 month.The TCM syndrome scores were compared,and the therapeutic effect of patients was evaluated.Results After intervention,the lower abdomen cold and pain,warm and warm press,cold limb shape and cold limb were decreased in the two groups.After intervention,the scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,and that of the control group was 79.31%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,Guizhi Fuling pill combined with TDP irradiation can rise warm yang with dispersing cold,invigorate the blood with the effect that remove blood stasis,has better curative effect.It is worth popularizing.
