刺络拔罐对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清P物质及IL-6的影响

Effect of Pricking and Cupping on Serum Substance P and IL-6 in Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨刺络拔罐对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清P物质及IL-6的影响。方法将70例随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。分别给予加巴喷丁胶囊,刺络拔罐,疗程均为16 d。观察治疗前后临床疗效,视觉模拟量表(VAS),疼痛开始缓解时间,睡眠质量,血清P物质和IL-6的含量。结果研究期间脱落4例。观察组总有效率97.1%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后VAS评分,疼痛开始缓解时间,睡眠质量评分,血清P和IL-6含量较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论刺络拔罐可有效改善带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的临床症状、血清P物质及IL-6。

Objective To investigate the effect of pricking and cupping on serum substance P and IL-6 in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 70 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 in cases each.Gabapentin capsules were applied in the control group,and pricking and cupping were applied in the observation group.The course of treatment was 16d.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),pain relief time,sleep quality,serum substance P content and IL-6 content were observed before and after treatment.Results There were 4 cases of shedding during the study period.The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.1%,which was higher than that in the control group(87.5%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,VAS score,pain relief time,sleep quality score,serum P and IL-6 were significantly improved in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Pricking and cupping could effectively improve the clinical symptoms,serum substance P and IL-6 in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
