摘要
顽固性呃逆(Intractable Hiccup,IH)常因持续时间长而严重影响生活,并给患者带来极大的精神心理负担。“调神针法”是指针刺治神,适用于所有与精神、心理异常相关的疾病,庄礼兴教授运用“调神针法”治疗IH,以调神通督、统摄固本为主,重在调节患者的精神心理疾患,并辅以胃三针等理气和胃、降逆止呃,临床疗效显著,具有极大的探讨及推广意义。
The intractable hiccup(IH)will become a heavy spirit and psychological burden for the patients because it’s long duration and the serious influence on the patients’life.The spirit-regulating acupuncture,which can be defined as a treatment on the mind by acupuncture needles,is applicable for all the spiritual illness or the psychological disease.Professor Zhuang Lixing successfully applies the spirit-regulating acupuncture in treating IH,which concentrates on the regulation of the abnormality in spirit and psychology.So it is of important significance to explore and popularize the spirit-regulating acupuncture in clinic.
