复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Compound Danshen Dropping Pills Combined with Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对心血管事件发生率的影响。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛患者84例作为本次研究对象,收治时间为2016年1月—2019年1月,按治疗方案的不同分对照组和观察组,对照组采取曲美他嗪治疗,观察组采取复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗方案,比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后动态心电图变化及心血管事件发生率。结果经过1个月的治疗后,观察组临床总有疗效为97.62%,与对照组(78.57%)比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的动态心电图显示ST段最大下降幅度及ST下降总时间无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者的ST段最大下降幅度及ST段下降总时间均有所改善,2组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组共发生2例心血管事件,发生率为4.76%,对照组共发生8例心血管事件,发生率为19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对临床收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者,应用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗,可明显改善患者临床症状,值得借鉴。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and its influence on the incidence of cardiovascular events.Methods 84 patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The treatment period was from January 2016 to January 2019.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dropping pills combined with trimetazidine.The clinical efficacy,changes of dynamic electrocardiogram and incidence of cardiovascular events before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After one month’s treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 97.62%,comparing with 78.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,dynamic electrocardiogram showed no significant difference between the two groups in the maximum decrease of ST segment and the total time of ST decrease(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups suffered from the disease.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).There were 2 cardiovascular events in the observation group(4.76%)and 8 cardiovascular events in the control group(19.05%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen dropping pills and trimetazidine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris,which is worthy of application.
