中医药膳食疗对抑郁症的防治作用研究进展

中医药膳食疗是中医学的重要研究内容,体现了中医药原创理论的特色。中医药膳食疗具有服用方便、接受度好、不良反应小、可长期服用等诸多优点,在抑郁症时行感冒及心血管疾病、糖尿病、妇科疾病、神经系统疾病等慢性疾病的防治方面具有独特的优势。随着城市化进程加快,全球抑郁症发病率逐年攀升,给家庭、社会和政府造成极大负担,抗抑郁中医药的古方挖掘及作用机制研究得到了研究人员的极大关注。鉴于此,文章对药膳食疗概念,抑郁症发病机制,以及中医辨证施膳在抑郁症中的作用等多个方面进行综述,为抑郁症的治疗及中医药膳食疗抗抑郁研究提供参考,对促进世界卫生保健医学的发展,也具有深远意义。

Traditional Chinese medicine diet medication is an important research content of TCM,which embodies the characteristics of the original theory of TCM.TCM diet medication has many advantages,such as easy to take,good acceptance,small adverse reactions,long-term use,etc.It has unique goodness in the prevention and treatment of cold,cardiovascular disease,diabetes,gynecological disease,nervous system disease and other chronic diseases.With the development of urbanization,the incidence of depression in the world is increasing year by year,which brings great burden to families,society and government.Researchers have paid great attention to the research on the ancient anti-depression prescription of TCM and its mechanism.In view of this,the concept of TCM diet medication,the mechanism of depression,such as neurotransmitter,neuroendocrine,intestinal flora,BDNF neurotrophic factor,PI3K/Akt signaling pathway,and the dialectical treatment by TCM diet medication are reviewed in order to provide references for the treatment of depression and the research of antidepressant of TCM diet medication.It is also of great significance to the development of health care medicine in the world.
