高职药学专业学生专业认同量表编制及信效度分析

The Development of Major Identity Scale of Higher Vocational Students in Pharmacy and the Analysis of Its Reliability and Validity

文章在文献分析及前期访谈的基础上,结合药学专业情况,编制了《高职药学专业学生专业认同》的初始量表。运用初始量表对我校492名高职药学专业的学生进行问卷调查,通过探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析对量表进行了修订。最终,形成了由18条题项组成的正式量表,正式量表包括专业认知、专业情感、专业行为、专业适切4个维度,并检测了量表的信度及效度。结果表明,该量表具有良好的信效度,可以作为衡量高职药学生专业认同的工具。

Based on the literature analysis and pre-interview,as well as the practice of pharmacy,we developed the major identity scale of higher vocational students in Pharmacy.A questionnaire survey of 492 pharmaceutical students in our college was conducted by using the initial scale.Then we revised it by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,a formal scale composed of 18 items was formed and the formal scale was comprised of four dimensions:professional cognition,professional emotion,professional behavior and professional suitability.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested.The results showed that the scale has good reliability and validity,and it could be used as a tool for measuring pharmacy education students’major identity.
