某型国产与进口航空发动机润滑油泡沫特性对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对某型国产航空润滑油代替进口航空发动机润滑油50-1-4Ф后,存在的滑油系统压力下降明显并存在明显波动的问题,采用滚子轴承模拟试验装置对该型国产与进口航空发动机润滑油的高温抗泡性能进行对比研究,同时考察2种润滑油基础油聚α-烯烃(PAO)与癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)之间高温抗泡性能的差异。结果表明:同一氧化温度下国产航空润滑油及其基础油PAO高温抗泡性能明显差于进口50-1-4Φ航空润滑油及其基础油DOS;不同氧化温度下2种成品油与其基础油的抗泡性能变化趋势基本一致,表明润滑油的抗泡性能主要取决于其润滑基础油。因此国产航空润滑油存在的油压不稳的问题,极有可能是其采用的非极性基础油聚α-烯烃(PAO)抗泡性能明显差于进口油品使用的是极性基础油DOS导致的。 In view of the problem that the pressure of lubricating oil system drops obviously and fluctuates obviously after a domestic aviation lubricating oil replaces the imported aviation engine lubricating oil 50-1-4Ф,the roller bearing simulation test device was used to compare the foam characteristics of the imported and domestic aviation engine lubricating oil.The difference of high temperature anti-foaming performance between the two lubricating oils and their lubricating base oils,polyalphaolefin(PAO)and diisooctyl sebacate(DOS)were investigated.The results show that at the same oxidation temperature,the anti-foaming performance of the domestic aviation engine lubricating oil and its lubricating base oils of PAO is obviously worse than that of the imported aviation lubricating oil 50-1-4Φand its lubricating base oils of DOS.The change trend of anti⁃foaming performance of two kinds of product oils and their base oils is basically the same under different oxidation temperature,which shows that the anti⁃foaming performance of lubricating oil mainly depends on its base oil.Therefore,the problem of unstable oil pressure in domestic aviation lubricating oil is probably caused by the poor anti⁃foaming performance of the non⁃polar base oil PAO used by the domestic aviation engine lubricating oil compared with polar base oil DOS used by the imported aviation engine lubricating oil.
