摘要
商业银行作为金融服务的主要提供者,在现代经济生活中起着不可替代的重要作用。随着我国互联网的快速发展和互联网金融的堀起,商业银行为适应当今时代的服务要求,纷纷利用网络技术进行服务升级,打造以手机银行为代表的移动银行,减少实体网点,提升业务办理的电子化率,部分柜台人工服务被取代。在这一趋势之下,作为高职金融专业的核心课程《商业银行综合柜台业务》要作出改变,才能符合金融机构对人才的要求、完成高职院校的人才培养目标。本文研究新时代、新趋势下高职院校金融专业《商业银行综合柜台业务》这一课程改革的内容。
Commercial Banks,the main provider of financial services,play an irreplaceable role in moder life.With the rapid development of the Internet in China,in order to meet the service requirements of customers,commercial Banks have made use of network technology to upgrade their services,for example,building mobile banking,reducing physical branches.As a result,electronic rate of business transactions have been improved,and some counter manual services have been replaced.Under this trend,the course of bank counter service in higher vocational education should be changed so as to meet the new demand for financial talents,and fuflfill the objectives in talent cultivation.This paper focuses on how to reform the curriculum of bank counter services under the new era and new trend.
